I stubled upon this article yesterday while reading the paper. It’s about a lady by the name of Christie Carr who has been caring for Irwin the disabled kangaroo. Christie suffers from depression and has found a companion in Irwin.
I think it’s excellent for Christie to have found this companion but do find it a little strange that she dresses it up like a human. It wears human clothes and also a diaper, you can see in the above photos Irwin is wearing a suit and in the other photo is wearing jeans and even has his own identification tag. The diaper I can understand as the kangaroo is disabled but I don’t understand the rest of the dress style. Maybe Christie is seeking human companionship and by dressing the kangaroo up in these clothes she is building herself up to do this. Who knows.
